Lavalla Catholic College – St Paul’s Marian Learning Centre

The new St Paul’s Marian Learning Centre at Lavalla Catholic College is a multi-storey learning facility spanning approximately 5,000m². The project features a contemporary two-level library, and 11 state-of-the-art classrooms designed to support modern learning, technology integration and flexible teaching environments.

Specialised acoustic treatments, including custom sound-rated wall and ceiling linings, have been incorporated to enhance comfort and performance throughout the building.

Key structural elements include architectural steel and precast concrete, complemented by rammed earth walls and extensive landscaped surrounds.

The project is being carefully delivered within a live environment, ensuring minimal disruption to daily campus operations and strict safety requirements.
