Dom is a registered commercial builder (CB-L 41882) with over 17 years’ experience in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. He commenced his career as a site based project coordinator for Mirvac Constructions where he gained valuable firsthand experience with the structure foreman before teaming up with the high end fit-out department. Dom then moved across to Ireland Brown Constructions and over the next 10 years worked his way up to become a Senior Project Manager and was a significant contributor to the success and growth of the company. At the end of his tenure he was managing projects up to $35m in value.

Dom has always placed a strong emphasis on developing relationships with all project stakeholders. His excellent communication skills and high level of integrity has ensured that the MSP team have always delivered to a standard that will commonly lead to repeat business.

An avid Carlton supporter, Dom tries to take his young daughter and son to as many games as possible in his spare time. He is also a keen surfer and attempts to get some beach time in (when he is granted permission from his wife!)

Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) – University of Newcastle

Jerad has over 16 years’ experience in the commercial building sector and has gained his experience through numerous roles and locations throughout the world. Jerad worked as a Project Engineer in Sydney for Lipman Constructions on a range of projects over $30m in value. Jerad then moved to London, UK where he worked as a site manager completing such high profile projects as the British Film Institute and Great Ormond St Hospital for Children. Following this, Jerad returned to Australia to work as a Senior Project Manager for Ireland Brown Constructions on a range of projects including schools, hospitals and University buildings valued up to $15m. Jerad holds an unlimited commercial building license (CB-U 43718).

Jerad has a passion for delivering high quality buildings, and believes the key to a successful project is an open and user friendly working environment between all stakeholders. These beliefs are reflected in the MSP management systems and implemented on all projects.
