The project included the fit out of an existing empty shell, which was to house the new Theatre and Drama Faculty for the University. The works included a new performance space with bio box, rehearsal studios, music classrooms and back of house change rooms, amenities and workshop. The works also included new services throughout, including state of the art AV and lighting system for the performance and rehearsal spaces.
